Pop quiz. What do you get when you combine sugar and spice with bright colors, Hello Kitty, and a bit of punk pirate? The answer is
Kitty Kustoms. I was blown away when I saw this shop. The hats are in such vibrant colors, as the wigs on the models. The best way to describe it is a tiny hat candy shop.
