Tiny Hats with Costumes

Look carefully at this Girls Harajuku Costume.  Even the clown on her pant leg is wearing a tiny hat.

According to the look of this Jailbird Costume, jail is sexy and you get a small hat!

And no Flying Monkey Costume is complete without a tiny hat.
