All in the Craftsmanship

Today we are graced with hats from Miss Groves UK Steampunkery.  It is a custom for some who make tiny hats to use felt hats and such for the base.  Not Miss Groves.  All the bases are hand made by pattern making.  Each one is cut out and hand wired before the base is covered.  Now that is quality craftsmanship.

An Elegant Hat for a Sophisticated Time

Sometimes when I post about a store I can show off their entire collection.  This is not one of those times.  Divine Hat Designs has some very lovely and elegant tiny hats that are perfect for photo props or a fancy tea party!  The selection is grand and even offers some customization.  My favorite feature is that they all have an antique feel.

Penelope's Cauldron has a very nice theme to their tiny hats, birds.  Every hat has a cute faux bird nesting on the rim.  A lovely choice for spring and summer, though certainly not limited to.
