A great place to find tiny hats with a more autumn color scheme are shops that have a steampunk selection. Not all steampunk accessories are covered in cogs. These hats from Hustle -n- Bustle are a great example. Sometimes looking in unexpected places can get you great results. I think feathers are great accents.
Ooh, I really like these. Btw, I tried to take a pic of the tiniest hat ever for you in Munich, but it was on a crappy old phone camera and I couldn't email it. I should have just bought the damn thing--it wouldn't have taken up any room in my suitcase!
