If you read this site regularly, then today's entry is probably no surprise. For those fairly new I will explain. Here at THW we are more than just people wearing tiny hats, we are all things relating to undersized hats. This pretty work of art featuring the kitty with a small hat is simply called "Steampunk Cat". The artist, Carrie Hawks, specializes in fantasy felines.
