Today, I want to share with you a U.K. based Etsy seller who has been featured on the front cover of Today's Bride (fall issue 2009) Vogue , OK Magazine and Harpers Bazaar.
Topper Hats is a dream of a shop visually. Even though it is more than I can afford to spend on a tiny hat I still find myself eating up the eye candy there. The style is high fashion, in a very "party girl" way. Or, as the mind behind the designs says, "
